Ingredients

32 oz Roast Beef - Slice
224 grams Carrots, raw
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw
1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 cup (1/2" slices) Bamboo shoots, cooked
1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
1 large Onions, raw
20 grams Corn Starch
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
Directions
Chop onion and other vegetables into desired size pieces.
Remove excess fat from the roast. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add oil, vinegar and onions to the beef. Stir-fry together on high until cooked. Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir-fry until warm.
Suspend corn starch in a cup of water. Add seasonings to taste: ginger, peppers, mustard powder, etc. Mix with corn starch suspension and then add it to the stir-fry. Continue cooking until thickened. Serve with rice or noodles.
