Ingredients

    1 can (2 cups) Progresso Traditional New England Clam Chowder
    1 can (1/2 cup) Festival Organic Sliced Mushrooms, drained and diced
    1 can (12 oz) Carnation Evaporated Milk, plus 1 can water
    1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
    6 oz (1 fillet) Kirkland Signature Wild Alaskan Pacific Cod, cubed
    1 tbsp butter (optional)
    1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen; thaw and plump by soaking in water then drain well

    Spice to taste. Suggestions include:
    basil
    parsley
    garlic
    onion
    seafood mixed spices OR
    Italian spicing
    salt
    pepper
    1 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Directions

Place all ingredients except corn in a large sauce pan. Warm slowly on medium low until fish chunks are cooked through and flakey. Add corn and heat through.

Serving Size: makes about 4 1-cup servings
