Ingredients

    2 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tbsp Paprika
    1 tsp Salt
    1 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cup Bush's Best Reduced Sodium - Dark Red Kidney Beans
    2 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked from dry beans

Directions

dice all ingredients, sweat onion with olive oil then add spice(cumin, paprika, chili powder). add the rest of the ingredients and and cook for 45 min with medium heat.
