Introduction

Ideal for using up the solids left over when you make hazelnut milk from scratch. Will update the ingredients lists with hazelnut flour instead of whole hazelnuts once it's available in the the sparkpeople database. Ingredients

    50 grams Hazelnuts (or ideally, hazelnut flour or the solids left over from making hazelnut milk)
    120 grams Tofu, soft
    1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 dash Salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together, and either cook like pancakes, or bake on a sheet, at gas mark 7 for 10-20 minutes depending on how crunchy you like them.
