Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Place eggs in a large saucepan.
Cover the eggs with cool water by one (1) inch.
Slowly bring water to a boil over medium heat.
When water has reached a boil, cover the saucepan and remove from heat.
Let sit for twelve (12) minutes.
Transfer eggs to a colander.
Run cool water over eggs to stop the cooking.
Eggs can be peeled and served immediately.

Serving Size: Makes six (6) servings of one egg per serving.
