Ingredients

    1.5 cup Spinach, frozen, thawed
    6 large Egg
    4 Morning Star Hot & Spicy Sausage Patties
    0.75 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Thaw spinach. [Optional. Microwave 2 min for quick thaw.] Squeeze out any excess water. Sloppy Cook sausage per package instructions. Chop sausage and place on bottom of 8x8 glass baking dish. Chop small onion, sautee about 1 min. Add spinach. Cook until all water is evaporated, about 2-3 min. Spread on top of "meat." Whisk eggs, pour on top. Bake 25-30 min. Let sit 5 min before cutting. Great for breakfast, brunch or lunch
