Ingredients

    1.3 grams Ground beef, lean
    2 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
    1.5 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1 parsnip (9" long) Parsnips
    1 medium Carrots, raw
    0.25 cup Peas, frozen
    0.25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    50 gram(s) Asda Passata (by MBEEBY)
    3 serving EDMONDS Flaky Puff Pastry (Reduced Fat) - 1x 150gms sheet

Directions

Heat coconut oil - cook diced onion, garlic and then chopped bacon.
Add in minced beef, cook until browned.
Add in liquids, veggies (previously diced) and stir together.
Simmer until cooked through.
In the meantime, thaw out the pastry sheets. Spray pie dish with oil and line pie dish with pastry base. Bake blind in hot oven (around 200oF.
Take out of the oven and then pour in meat and veggie mixture, then top with pastry. Spray or coat in egg mix.
Fork holes over the top and bake pie for around 40 minutes (until golden brown).
Serve after sitting for a few minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 8 decent sized portions
