Ingredients

1 serving "Great Value" Dried Mixed Berries (.25 cups)
.5 cup, whole or halves Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted
8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat berries and vanilla until frozen berries break down.
Pour berry mixture into 2 small ramekins.
Prepare the crumble in a separate bowl by combining macadamias, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut oil and maple syrup.
Pour the crumble filling evenly over the fruit. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until the fruit juices are bubbling around the edges and the crumble is firm and browned.
