Ingredients

    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 med. sweetpotato peeled and diced into 1" chunks
    4 Tbsp. Land O Lakes, Unsalted Butter, 1 Tbsp
    2 Granny smith apple - Peeled and diced into 1" chunks
    1/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 9 by 13 inch pan, melt the butter, then stir in cinnamon and sugar. Add the potatoes and apples and toss well to coat. Bake for 30 minutes covered with foil then uncover and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes or until apples and potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
