Introduction
This is fast, easy and really tasty....When I make my BF pizza I make myself one of these. The crust is nice and thin and crispy ; it TOTALLY hits the spot. Ingredients
-
1 Mission, Whole Wheat, Carb Balance Fajita sized tortilla
1/8 c. Tomato Sauce (I use Nappa Valley Roasted Garlic)
2oz. Chicken breast grilled
1tsp. each:oregano, basil, parsley & garlic powder
dash of hot pepper flakes (optional)
1 Tbsp. 2% Shredded cheese (I use cheddar or mixed cheese-mozarella works great of course)
1tsp.parmasean cheese, grated
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Grill chicken on a stove top grill or regular outdoor grill.
While chicken is grilling add spices over chicken on both sides...Crush spices while adding them to bring out more flavor.
When chicken is done (about 7-8 mins) Take off grill and cut or shred into small pieces.
Put tortilla on a baking sheet, put sauce in the middle and spread a bit out toward the sides. Make sure you leave enough space to have a "crust".
Add pieced up chicken and broccoli to the tortilla over the sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheddar, mixed or mozarella cheese over the chicken & broccoli.
Bake fit-zza for 6-7 mins or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with parmasean cheese.
Put chicken and pre-cooked broccoli on
