are you supposed to remove the skin from the whole chicken? - 6/27/08

for optimal lowering of Fat, remove skin prior to eating! The skin is left ON while cooking to retain moisture.
If you notice? the recipe is for boneless skinless chicken strips-but when cooking the whole 'bird' I can't resist a nibble of the skin!*lol
