Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw per cup
    1 link per cup Fully Cooked Original Pork Sausage Links - Jimmy Dean
    1 tbs per cupsshredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

You can make as few or as many as you like
Preheat oven to 375
Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray
Crack one egg into each space in tin, break up yolk lightly with fork
Add one sausage link per egg (cut in half or sliced)
Top with 1 tbs of your favorite shredded cheese per egg
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Let cool and store in fridge, can also be frozen.
