Ingredients

    1 Box Tabouli Salad
    1-1/4 C. Boiling water
    2T. Olive Oil
    2 large Tomatoes, diced
    1 large Cucumber, peeled, diced
    1/2 C. lime juice (more or less depending on taste)

Directions

Place Tabouli in a bowl. Add boiling water. Stir and place in refigerator for about 1 hour. Fluff with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until ready to serve.
