Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 serving Bacon, John Morrell, Hardwood Smoked Bacon (2 slices/17g)
    1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 serving Mission Carb Smart Soft Taco size Flour Tortilla (by MMEQUEEN)

Directions

Cut up and fry bacon, cut up tortilla and set aside.. Remove cooked bacon and drain grease and add tortilla to skillet and scramble eggs in separate bowl. Once tortillas have browned on both sides add eggs and cooked bacon to skillet with tortillas and mix up while cooking. Once eggs are completely cooked add cheese and let melt.
