    5 serving Organic Nasoya Silken Tofu
    3 tbsp Organic Cold Milled Flax - Ground Golden Flax Seed
    .5625 cup (8 fl oz) Warm Water, tap (9 Tbsp)
    .5 tbsp onion, dried minced
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic: granulated
    1 tsp Sage, ground
    1 tsp Herbamare Original Seasoning Salt (1svg=1/4tsp)
    1.5 tsp The Vegetarian Express Golden Broth
    6 cup Nature's Path Mesa Sunrise Flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 and cook for 30 minutes or until browned and crispy.
