Ingredients
-
1 cup Honey Nut Cheerios Cereal
1 cup Kellogg's Rice Krispies
i cup Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels
1 cup Planter's lightly salted dry roasted nuts
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup M&M's Milk Chocolate plain (use holiday colors)
2-2/3 cups Nestle Premier White Morsels
Tips
Nuts can be eliminated from recipe. However, increase other "dry" ingredients proportionately to make up for the 1 cup volume missing.
I often make 3 batches at a time, but cook separately, and I use these at treats for the holidays using holiday color M&Ms, and package 3 oz in 10 oz. clear plastic tumbler to give as gifts.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients except chocolate in a large bowl. Lightly grease or spray a 9 x 13 jelly roll pan/ baking sheet.
Melt chocolate in double boiler over hot, not boiling, water (or follow instructions on bag for melting in microwave). Pour over dry ingredients and mix together. Pour mixture onto prepared pan. Spread mixture. Let dry. Break into pieces. Serve.
Serving Size: 20 - 1 oz. servings (about a heaping 1/3 cup size - NOT a 1/2 cup)
