Introduction

This is a yummy smoothie! I used a whole avocado but you can use half to cut down the calories. I also used whole milk but any milk will do that's all I had. This is a yummy smoothie! Ingredients

    1 cup chopped Kale
    1 cup sliced strawberries
    2 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1 Avocado
    1/4 cup milk (I used whole)

Directions

Put kale and yogurt in blender and blend until kale pieces aren't visible then add the rest and blend until smooth
