Ingredients

2 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned
8 piece (1/8 of 9" crust) Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake
16 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 serving Egg white, large
Tips
Be sure to check on the firmness of the pie at 45 minutes and remove foil. Then continue to cook for 10 or 15 more minutes.
Directions
Thaw a pie crust at room temperature
Mix in a bowl the pumpkin mix with the condensed milk on medium for 3 minutes, slowly adding the spices, and the egg & egg white.
Mix the pie mix until all is blended well and smooth..
Place a foil ring around the pie crust to keep the pie edges from burning.
Add pie mixture to the crust.
Cook in an oven set on 400 degrees.
Bake pie for 45 minutes, then remove foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
Before serving add cool whip if desired.
