Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Milk, 1% (or similar milk)
    1/3 c Chia seeds
    1/4 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2 - 5 T erythriotol (or similar sweetener)
    1.2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    sprinkle salt

Tips

Switch it up by adding a dash of coconut extract, orange extract, cinnamon or nutmeg - you could even do a Mexican chocolate type by adding some cayenne and cinnamon.


Directions

Put milk into blender then add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour immediately into serving cups. Refrigerate covered overnight.
