Ingredients

112 gram(s) Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles (gf)
6 oz Beef, eye of round
74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ginger Powder (by INUNISON)
2 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
2 1tsp Sesame Oil
Tips
Freeze the beef for 30-40 minutes before trying to slice in order to get thinner slices.
Directions
1. Slice the beef into very thin strips
2. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips
3. Bring a pot of water to boil
4. Heat a wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the garlic
5. After 1 min add the beef and peppers and cook, stirring until beef is browned through
6. Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to package directions (usually about 5 min)
7. Add the soy, sugar, ginger, and 2T of water to the pan and reduce heat to medium. Cook 3-4 minutes
8. Add noodles to the wok and thoroughly toss the noodles until the beef, peppers, and sauce are well mixed.
9. Divide the noodles into 2 bowls
10. Slice the green onions into 1/4in rings and top the bowls equally
