    5.0 cup Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 tsp mustard powder
    1.0 tsp Cumin seed
    1.0 tsp tumeric
    1.0 tsp red pepper flakes
    0.5 tbsp Chili powder
    0.5 tsp Coriander seed
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    1.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1.0 cup Coconut milk (light)

Directions

Cook onion then stir in spices. Add all other ingredients and stew.
