Ingredients

    16.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1.0 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    16.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2.0 tsp Ginger, ground
    1.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
    14.0 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
    3.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 Cup Edamame, frozen, prepared
    1.0 cup slices Water chestnuts

Directions

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger and set aside. Sautee minced garlic in oil for about 3 minutes then add beef. When beef is half cooked, add broccoli and cook until beef is done. Add remaining veggies and sauce and season with salt and pepper and about 1/4 cup of red pepper flake. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add corn starch to thicken sauce at the end and serve over brown rice.
