Introduction

We love to grill these, but they can be broiled or fried with non-stick spray. I toast healthy life wheat buns on the grill too. Only 80 calories and 5g of fiber. Buns are no included in the ingredients list. We love to grill these, but they can be broiled or fried with non-stick spray. I toast healthy life wheat buns on the grill too. Really? I have never had that problem of them falling apart. I do usually make them up ahead of time and freeze them and than just put them on the grill frozen.
