Ingredients

    3 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    8 tbsp Hampton Creek - Just Mayo
    1 cup chopped Carrots, raw

    lemon juice
    crushed red pepper flakes
    dill
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder


Directions

1. Rinse and drain chickpeas
2. mash in medium bowl (or pulse in blender for smoother texture)
3. add all other ingredients
4. season to taste
5. mix
