Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    16.0 tbsp Blue plate mayo
    1.5 cup *Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    226.0 gram(s) cheese Velveta 2% 1oz=(28)
    4.0 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen
    1.0 stick Butter, salted
    6.0 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)

Directions

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Add all ingredients to casserole dish. Blend well. Crush crackers in a zip lock bag. Melt butter. Mix crackers with butter. Layer mixture over the casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until crackers are golden brown.
