Ingredients

    1 pheasant Pheasant, raw, meat only
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
    1 clove Garlic
    4 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1 cup Half and Half Cream
    4 fl. oz Sherry, dry

Directions

Saute diced onions and garlic with butter. Add diced up pheasant meat.
Add chicken broth and rice.
Cook till carrots are tender.
Add sherry and cream.
Cook another 15 mins.
