Ingredients

    6.5 oz Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, cubed
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, sliced
    2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
    .5 serving minute rice with cream of mushroom soup (by SIEF79)
    2 cup Peas, frozen

Directions

1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add sliced, raw onion and cook.
3. When onions are done, add the pork, rice and peas and mix together.
4. Cover for a couple of minutes to ensure pork, rice and peas are heated through.
5. Divide in half and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
