    Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, 0.50 cup
    Almond Accents Original Oven Roasted (Sunkist Brand), 8 servings

    Dressing:
    Granulated Sugar, 0.50 cup or Splenda
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 0.50 tbsp
    Distilled Vinegar, 0.25 cup
    Canola Oil, 1 cup


    mix first 6 ingredients for salad

    mix dressing
