Ingredients

    Main Bar
    9 scoops Promix Protein Puffs
90 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup
    2 tsp Almond Extract

    Frosting
3 tsp VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup
3 scoops Dymatize Elite XT - Rich Vanilla
    1 tsp Almond Extract
    water
    Sprinkles

Tips

add a bit of oil onto a piece of plastic wrap and you can push the protein puffs into the mold easier, then place in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them sticky again, and press them into the mold.

Turn the bars once in a while to get good air flow around them so they dry evenly.

If you try to mix protein powder in with the protein puffs to add flavor, they will turn out rock hard and you cannot bite through them.

Directions

weigh 90 grams of vitafiber IMO syrup into a cold frying pan with the almond extract. Heat on medium heat until it starts to boil then stir in 9 scoops of protein puffs. Toss until coated and place into a silicone mold with 9 bar shapes evenly. Allow to set for a few minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.

Mix up the frosting by stirring everything together with enough water to make it the consistency of a slightly runny frosting. Dip bars in scrap them on the sides of the bowl to get rid of the extra. Put back on the cooling rack and add sprinkles.
