    20 oz Beef, stew meat
    .75 large Onion, chopped
4 medium Carrots, peeled and chopped
    3 stalk Celery, chopped
4 medium Potato, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef base
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water,
    1 Bay Leaf
    Several sprigs fresh Thyme

I usually put together some biscuits after I start the pressure. When they're done everything is ready to serve.

Set your cooker to brown and brown the onions with the beef, salt, and pepper.
Add all other ingredients except thyme and stir. Put thyme one top and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Let sit until ready to eat or release pressure quickly.
