Directions
1. Layer carrots and potatoes in slow cooker, Top with beef. Pour Sauce over beef
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours (or on low for 4 to 5 hours) until beef is fork tender, Let stand 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Sir before serving
