    1.0 serving Onion, Fresh (1 slice 1/4 in thick, 1.3 oz)
    1.0 clove Garlic
    4.0 oz Lauras Lean Beef Ground Beef 8% fat
    1.0 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Cut all veggies cook with a tbs of olive oil and mix with the meat, let it cook until ready
