Ingredients

    6 cup Cauliflower florets, frozen, cooked
    4 tbsp Light Sour Cream
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    1/4 cup Low fat cream cheese
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1/4 cup Fat free half and half

Directions

Cook cauliflower until soft. Drain. Dry well between paper towels or squeeze liquid through cheesecloth. Use a food processor to mash the cauliflower. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
