Ingredients

    3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw , diced
    4 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh
    4 serving Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube (by BRANDI1809)
    2 stalks, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw

Keep in the fridge


Directions

Fry off Onions and celery and Garlic in Fry light and add rest of veg, cover with paper and add half the stock on low/med heat for 20mins then add rest of stock, bring to boil and simmer for 20mins. Allow to cool slightly and blend. Season with Salt & Pepper
