Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    0.5 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

I've tried substituting oatmeal for flour, and I've tried adding vanilla-flavored protein powder to make the recipe even more hearty and healthy. I have yet to perfect the ratios and cooking temperature with those changes though.
I like to eat this recipe with peanut butter, which adds flavor, protein and comfort. :)

Directions

Mash banana. Add egg and mix. Add vanilla and cinnamon, mix. Add dry ingredients, mix. Cook on lightly greased griddle, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked through.
