Ingredients

1 tsp Crushed Garlic (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
70 gram(s) Beans, Dried, Chick Peas (Garbanzos), Great Value (1/4c dry = 35g, 13 serv per 1 pound) (by MZTRACY)
0.25 cup Wholemeal Self Raising Flour (by TARZ17)
2 tbsp Over the Edge Spinach, by Two Sisters by Partylite, (dehydrated spinach, onion,salt, garlic,dill, on (by RUMBAMEL)
spices of choice - cumin, cardamon, paprika, salt pepper.
1 tbsp Peanut Oil
Tips
Serve as falafel wraps, with salad or add to a sauce mixture for vegetarian "meat" balls.
Directions
Soak chickpeas in water overnight, drain, rinse and cook for 30 mins. Drain and cool.
Blitz chick peas in blender/food processor until coarse - do in batches if necessary.
Add remaining ingredients and blitz until consistency between couscous and paste. Do not over process. Cover mixture and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. Roll into small balls by hand. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Fry in oil until golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 8-9 small falafel balls
