Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added
    1.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 clove Garlic
    3.8 cup Jasmine Rice - white
    .7 cup Broth, Vegetable, Clearly Organic, Best Choice

Directions

Add oil and sauté onion and garlic till soft. Add in rinsed beans and undrained tomatoes, bring to a boil then simmer uncovered for 15 mins. Add any other veggies as you like. Season with cumin, smoked paprika and chipotle powder.
