Ingredients

1 Packet Walgreens Whey Protein Powder
1 Packet Martha White Honey Bran Muffin Mix-prepared
1/3 cup Vitamin D Milk - 2%
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Using a 12 cup muffin pan line 10 cups with paper baking cups, then spray with no-stick cooking spray ( I used Pam)
3. Prepare muffin mix as directed on package.
4. Add in the packet of the protein powder, and the milk. Stir till mixed well. (if it's still too thick add small amounts of milk till less thick)
5. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 14 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Cool 2 to 3 minutes in pan.
Serving Size: Makes 10 regular size muffins-1 muffin per serving
