Introduction

These are so good you won't believe there is no oil or butter in them! These are so good you won't believe there is no oil or butter in them!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup water
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup oats or multigrain hot cereal
    4 cups cheerios
    Any one or two of following:
    1 cup raisins, craisins, or dates
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 cup coconut
    1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions

Combine sugar, water, egg, vanilla and pumpkin. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets. Cook at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen or more.
