    260 grams Bran muffin mix (1 cup = 130g)
    0.5 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa
    3 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva)
    0.75 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    6 prune Prunes, dried and diced
    3 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Preheat oven to 400*F Mix all ingredients Cook for 20 minutes
