Tips

The Greek yogurt makes for a kind of sour crust - if you like a sweeter crust - add some splenda while you are mixing the dough.


Directions

Mix flour and yogurt together and mix until incorporated. Dump out on floured board and knead for 1-2 minutes. Roll out and place on cookie sheet. Add toppings as desired. Bake for 25-35 minutes at 350.
