Introduction
These protein muffins are moist, yet airy and filling. 2 serving 100% Whey Protein "GNC Pro Performance" Vanilla or Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix
3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
.5 tsp Baking Soda
.25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
3 tbsp *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
2 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
6 tsp trivia brown sugar (by KITTYMOCHELLE)
2 serving boiled ripe banana(large) (by CLALORIE)
6 serving Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet
Directions
These do not work well with cupcake liners they will stick to the liner and you will lose most of your muffin.
Spray a 12 count muffin tin with pam, se aside.
in a stand mixer combine bananas, trivia brown sugar and stevia and blend till mashed. Add yogurt, egg, vanilla, (melted) coconut oil and cocoa powder and mix only till blended, careful not to over mix. add in almond flour, salt, and baking powder and only mix till combined. divide evenly into sprayed muffin tin and bake at 350 degrees 20-22 mins.
