    1.0 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    0.5 cup white rice uncooked
    2.0 cup diced tomatoes
    6.0 tsp Garlic
    6.0 tsp ground cumin
    1.0 tbsp Onion powder
    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    1.5 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared
    0.5 cup black beans, dry
