Ingredients

4 cup Kitchen basics vegetable broth unsalted
32 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium
4 serving Kroger Cut Green Beans (Frozen)
2 cup carrots frozen crinkle cut great value/walmart brand
3 cup, diced Celery, raw , an entire stalk is what I use
6 cup Cabbage, Cole Slaw Mix, Fresh Express
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap filtered
    2 tbsp Basil
    2 tbsp Parsley, drie
    2 Tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
    3 tsp ground tumeric
1 tsp ground yellow mustard seed
1.5 cup Tomatoes, canned, petite diced, Kroger brand (entire can with juice)

Tips

If more protein is desired in the recipe, then adding a large can of rinsed Garbonzo beans is a tasty option.

Directions

Place all frozen veggies into the crockpot followed by the container of broth and the can of diced tomatoes, next the cut up celery and the package of cabbage slaw mix, followed by the spices and the garlic, then the V8 juice until the crockpot is full. Cover with crock lid and turn on the heat to high for three hours.
When done serve up one cup bowlful at a time and enjoy!
