Introduction

This is a great tasting cheese cake that's low in calorie. ENJOY. This is a great tasting cheese cake that's low in calorie. ENJOY.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Tofu, firm
    1/2 cup Cream Cheese
    1/4cup Lemon Juice
    1/4 cup Honey
    2 cup, sliced fresh fruit of your choice
    9 drops stevia
    1 graham cracker pie crust, (9" dia)

Directions

Mix tofu, cream cheese, lemon juice, honey and stevia until smooth. Poor in graham cracker crust and refrigorate until it becomes firm. Spread the fresh fruit on top, cut and serve.

    This was great but I added 1/4 of a cup of the cream cheese and tofu (each). - 12/10/08

    Thank you so much for the comment. I will try making it that way. I do like a thick filling so I may cut back on the lemon juice too but with that much leomn it would taste more lemony and that would be awesome too.
