Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 servings w/ large squash (2 cups squash each)
    1 large spaghetti squash (spaghetti, acorn, butternut)
    30 oz cooked diced chicken, beef or pork
    4 tbsp coconut oil
    4 tbsp fresh basil
    sea salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cook meat & shred or dice. Cook whole spaghetti squash 375 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cut in half, scoop out seeds and shred. Top with meat, oil, basil, salt and pepper.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings (6 oz meat, 2 cups spaghetti squash)
