Ingredients

    6 oz Walleye (fish)
    1 tbsp Follow Your Heart Organic Vegenaise
    0.01 gram(s) Pike, Walleye
    0.50 tsp Dry Mustard
    1 oz Beecher's Flagship Handmade Cheese
    0.50 tsp Dried Oregano
    0.50 tsp Chives, dried - Frontier - 3/15
    1 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated

Tips

You can use any type of harder cheese that you like in the sauce. I like Parmesean and Flagship Cheeses together. This sauce is great on crostini too. Baked.


Directions

Mix sauce ingredients together.
Butter bottom of shallow glass baking dish. I use a pie plate.
Place fresh Walleye in glass baking dish.
Spread sauce evenly over the top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min until golden brown on top.
Serve immediately.

Serving Size: 6 ounces Walleye
