Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Swerve confectioner's sweetener
    1/4 tsp Iodized salt
    1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
    1 1/2 cups powdered heavy cream
    1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

    unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    sugar-free whipped cream

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Sift together 3 times. Store in an airtight container.

To serve, place 2 heaping tablespoons of mix in a large mug. Pour 8 oz. of almond milk into a microwave-safe container. Pour a small amount of the almond milk into the mix and stir until smooth. Heat the remaining almond milk in the microwave using the beverage setting. Pour the milk into the mug, stir, top with whipped cream, and serve.
