Ingredients

    4 medium Zucchini, baby 3 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)

Directions

Cut bacon in pieces and add the frying pan. Chop onions and green peppers and cut squash in 1/2 inch slices then quarter. Add onions and green peppers chopped to bacon. cook for a few minutes. add squash and salt and pepper to taste. cook on medium until squash is just starting to brown.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings
