Ingredients

.85 lb Ham steak, hickory smoked
    1 bag Frozen Chopped Spinach
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
    Salt and Pepper as desired

Tips

You can give the spinach a bit of a squish to remove excess water before adding to the cream sauce, I like it a little bit wetter so I leave it simply drained

Directions

Boil 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Add 2 tsp salt, add frozen spinach. Cook just until not frozen, drain. Meanwhile in a skillet melt the cream cheese, then add the heavy cream. It will be lumpy at first. In a separate skillet place your Ham steak over medium-high, flipping occasionally as it browns. Once the sauce is mostly smooth add the drained spinach and toss until coated, add salt and pepper to taste. If it's still runny leave it on medium heat to evaporate some of the juice. Once it's plated top with about 1 Tablespoon of Feta Crumbles.
